Sehr geehrter Herr Jörg, seit vielen Jahren beobachte ich
die Israel -Politik unseres Staates und unterstütze mit
einem Verein ein Krankenhaus in Beit Sahour (Bethlehem)
Die BDS -Kampagne wird von vielen Ländern unterstützt. Wer
den Siedlungsbau auf palästinensischen Gebiet und die
Vertreibung der ursprünglichen Bewohner verfolgt, hat
Verständnis für die Boykott-, Desinvestment-, Sanktionen-
Kampagne.
Am 20.9. soll gegen die Kampagne im Landtag NRW gestimmt
werden.
Unterschrieben ist der Antrag, von den
Fraktionen des Landtags CDU, SPD, FDP und Grünen.
In Nordrhein-Westfalen ist kein Platz für die antisemitische
BDS-Bewegung-
I. Ausgangslage
Seit über 13 Jahren ruft die BDS-Bewegung (Boycott,
Divestment and Sanctions) zur Isolation und zum
wirtschaftlichen, kulturellen und politischen Boykott des
Staates Israel auf. Die BDS-Bewegung ist in ihren Methoden
und Zielen nicht nur antiisraelisch, sondern klar
antisemitisch. So erinnert beispielsweise das Anbringen von
„DON’T BUY“ Schildern an die dunkelsten Stunden deutscher
Geschichte. In Berlin haben BDS-Anhänger ein Podiumsgespräch
mit einer Holocaust-Überlebenden gestürmt und diese
niedergebrüllt. Das ist eine Schande.
Selbstverständlich muss Kritik an israelischer
Regierungspolitik in Deutschland genauso wie in Israel
erlaubt sein. Und ebenso dürfen die berechtigten Anliegen
der palästinensischen Menschen nach einem friedlichen
Zusammenleben in einem eigenen Staat unterstützt werden.
Aber das Existenzrecht Israels gilt für uns uneingeschränkt.
Es ist für uns nicht verhandelbar. Es gehört zur deutschen
Staatsraison. Wir lassen nicht zu, dass es von der
BDS-Bewegung infrage gestellt wird.
Jegliche Form von Antisemitismus wird in Nordrhein-Westfalen
weder geduldet noch toleriert. Vor diesem Hintergrund
begrüßen wir die bisherigen fraktionsübergreifenden
Initiativen, mit denen der Landtag Haltung gezeigt und
Maßnahmen gegen Antisemitismus, Hass und
Fremdenfeindlichkeit auf den Weg gebracht hat.
Jüdisches Leben und die jüdischen Gemeinden sind eine
Bereicherung für unser Land. Antisemitismus bedroht sowohl
diese als auch unsere demokratische Gesellschaft in ihrer
Gesamtheit und in ihren Grundwerten.
Deshalb ist für uns selbstverständlich: Nicht nur Politik
und Gesellschaft sondern alle Akteure des öffentlichen
Lebens müssen dafür eintreten, dass sich jüdische Menschen
in unserem Land sicher und willkommen fühlen. Gemeinsam
treten wir Antisemitismus entgegen. Antisemitismus,
Boykottaufrufe und Diskriminierung jeglicher Art sind zu
ächten und zu bekämpfen. Der Landtag tritt vor diesem
Hintergrund dafür ein, alle Formen der Unterstützung der
BDS-Bewegung einzustellen.
II. Beschlussfassung
• Wir verurteilen die antisemitische und antiisraelische
BDS-Kampagne und den Aufruf zum Boykott von israelischen
Waren oder Unternehmen sowie von israelischen
Wissenschaftlern oder Künstlern.
• Der Landtag oder andere Einrichtungen des Landes
Nordrhein-Westfalen dürfen der BDS-Kampagne keine
Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung stellen und keine
Veranstaltungen der BDS-Kampagne oder von Grupperungen,
welche die Ziele der BDS-Kampagne verfolgen, unterstützen.
• Wir rufen Städte, Gemeinden, Landkreise und alle
öffentlichen Akteure dazu auf, sich dieser Haltung
anzuschließen.
• Der Landtag unterstützt die Landesregierung sowohl in der
Prävention als auch in der entschiedenen Bekämpfung von
Antisemitismus und jeglichem Extremismus.

Call for the Global Day of InterAction for #WorldwithoutWalls
November 9 2018 - Palestinian Grassroots Anti-apartheid Wall
Campaign - Tuesday April 3, 2018
After the powerful coming together of struggles for a #WorldwithoutWalls
in 2017, this yearwe renew our call for InterAction,
November 9 2018. Israel's brutal gunning down of Palestinian
protestors that have been marching on March 30 nonviolently
towards and prayed along the militarized fencing that is
part of the wall structure imposing since over a decade the
brutal siege on the occupied Gaza Strip is a stark reminder
for the urgency of action.
We want to continue to bring together our struggles and
experiences, challenge the policies that build the walls in
front of our struggles for justice and end the architecture
of impunity that shields corporations enabling, facilitating
and profiting from the construction and growth of visible
and invisible walls of injustice.

“From Israel’s apartheid Wall on Palestinian land to the US
Wall of Shame on indigenous land at the border with Mexico –
almost 70 walls across all continents are today ripping
through people’s lives and lands as they fortify often
unilaterally defined borders or limits of state control.
They are monuments of expulsion, exclusion, oppression,
discrimination and exploitation. [...]
“Walls have not only risen to fortify borders of state
control but demarcate the boundaries between the rich, the
powerful, the socially acceptable and the ‘other’.”
The call for a #WorldwithoutWalls, initiated last year by
over 54 Palestinian and 39 Mexican networks and movements,
has become a global momentum bringing together inspiring
diversity and showing the convergence and interconnection of
our struggles. Over 370 movements from all continents,
people affected by walls and those striving for justice,
freedom and equality have organised, marched, denounced,
learned and strategized in a season of mobilization for the
Global Day of InterAction for a #WorldwithoutWalls.
We renew the call for a Global Day of InterAction for a #WorldwithoutWalls,
November 9 2018, to:
Bring together our struggles and experiences
Challenge the policies that build the walls in front of our
struggles for justice
End the architecture of impunity that shields corporations
enabling, facilitating and profiting from the construction
and growth of visible and invisible walls of injustice.
Walls and anti-migration policies are growing in a global
right-wing, xenophobic tide that divides people and protects
power. Our cities are ever more militarized, entire
communities ghettoized and excluded, while indigenous and
rural communities fight increasing corporate takeover
cutting them off from resources, lands and livelihoods.
Our struggles are more urgent - and determined - than ever.
Myriads of struggles of farmers, workers, women, movements
fighting against discrimination, repression and
militarization and for social, environmental and political
justice are relentlessly working to build a #WorldwithoutWalls.
2018 has started in Palestine with increased popular
protests against Israel’s illegal Wall, more military
repression and globally more BDS campaigns against Israeli
apartheid, as the Nakba - the continuous expulsion and
dispossession of the Palestinian people - enters its 70th
year.
At the United Nations, civil society has kept up pressure
for a Binding Treaty to end the corporate architecture of
impunity - an all encompassing wall against justice - and
movements will continue to campaign to hold corporations
accountable, on the ground and at the UN.
Globally, migrants and refugees are fighting for their lives
and their rights. People demand justice.
We are many, we are everywhere and we are building every day
a #WorldwithoutWalls.
